Swipe Telecom — Replacement of mobile battery | |
Dear Sir I purchased Swipe Elite 2 Mob hand set by online for my sister. Unfortunately its battery has been became complaint. She approached authorized dealer of Palakkad district in Kerala to get it replaced. But there she did not get the same replaced as the battery was neither available with dealer nor in company. People like us are purchasing the phone after accumulating monthly remaining. Company or dealers are not that much interested to give after sale service. I am requesting your kind hnour to provide the battery at the earliest as I wish to not to keep her phone as e-waste. Please make me in position of the replaced battery.
