1. I bought above swipe elite note 4g 3gb through amazon.in. 2. I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with this product... Swipe elite note 4g 3 gb. I was supplied defective piece. After use for less than a week, it developed problems. Despite explaining this vide my mail, swipe team simply asked me to go to their service center for di & dr.in a city like hyderabad, they have only three service centers which are 30 km one way from the place of my residence. What kind of service is this? Can't they have service centers or franchises at least at all important areas of hyderabad/secunderabad. This itself shows how reputed this brand is and what type of concern you show towards unsuspecting customers like me... 3. As no replacement was forthcoming from swipe, i had to take a day off on 25 jul 17 and travel 30 km one way to reach one of the three service center, which is nested amid scores of mobile shops (Chinese) in an innocuous corner at king kothi (This service center did not even a sign board!!!). Should i call it a shoddy joint... Than a service center? Initially, the technical person replaced the battery. When the mobile did not get switched on, then he stated that it could be a software problem. After two hours of di &dr, they finally confirmed that there is software problem and problem with lcd panel. If it were a new mobile, how did it have software and lcd problem in a less than a week's use. This simply proves the point that swipe is deliberately supplying defective/substandard mobiles thereby fleecing customers and bringing disrepute to amazon also. 4. I would not be happy with this defective/repaired mobile (Which is supposed to be a new one). If this is the state after less than a week's use, i am scared to imagine as to how many issues might crop up in it's long term use (I wonder if it will last even a year or not!!!) and how many more days off that i would require to take to make this mobile "work". 5. I did request swipe team for replacement of this mobile a week ago. Forget about replacement, they did not even acknowledge my mail. Please do not trust this brand... Swipe mobile.
