1) Heating of the handset sometimes gives feeling if it will blast 2) Battery drainage in half an hour. 3) Mobile charging takes 4 hrs. 4) Saved numbers automatically getting deleted 5) Inordinate delay in details display 6)Display hangs 7) Mobile heating up seems like will bust in pocket, scared to carry along. Will it be possible to replace the handset. i am finding it very distressful with the faulty products I get disconnected from the world. I am scared to handover the mobile to infinity care. Please find a solution. There are plenty of Swipe mobiles available under 3200 @ flipkart as mark of punishment gone through so many days and month request to replace. Feel sad indian companies really can't compete in Quality. I feel depressed for loss of 3200 and non uses of mobile. Can somebody help. Swipe Konnect Neo 4G (Black, 4 GB). My phone swipe elite sense is not charging in switch on condition, but charging in switch off mode. Please resolve the problem. It is only 5 months old phone. It is under warranty. If there is problem with software, plz send the software updation link to mobile number [protected].
