I have had the worst customer service experience ever dealing with Swish by Dolcy and Simran. We placed an order over a month ago and we have been following up ever since - after paying the full amount in advance.
I do not understand why there is such a lack of customer respect and service - if we did not delay the payment why is our product being delayed? After following up multiple times, we received the outfit in the WRONG COLOR.
We are now following up again and being told they will start to make a new outfit - which by experience I would say could take another month. I fail to understand why a customer has to go through so much for an outfit which has been fully paid for.
I would never recommend this brand going forward - it has been an absolute disaster dealing with them. Was this information helpful? |
