I have had the worst customer service experience ever dealing with Swish by Dolcy and Simran. We placed an order over a month ago and we have been following up ever since - after paying the full amount in advance.

I do not understand why there is such a lack of customer respect and service - if we did not delay the payment why is our product being delayed? After following up multiple times, we received the outfit in the WRONG...

We have unfortunately ordered an outfit from Swish by Dolcy and Simran however we have faced the worst customer experience till date. Not only is the dress now over 1 month late, we have had to call and follow up multiple times and unfortunately the only response we received was 'We are working on it'.

After following up for weeks, we have now received the outfit in the wrong color and are being told it will be replaced and they will start making a new outfit from scratch.

I believe this has been the worst customer service experience till date and it is not worth my time and INR 7, 000 to deal with such a company.

I bought a dress from them for my sister’s wedding for 240000and the dress came wrapped in a poly bag and without tags. I haven’t even worn the dresss and the embroidery has started falling off. When I called their store and spoke to sales girl Yashi who sold me the drsss is like all i can do is apologize. I need a refund and that trash out of my house. It is my hard earned money. I work hard for it and not cheat people like you guys. Fraud Company
