Syber Place — Non delivery of cell phone

Dear Sir,

I have booked the mobile phone on 2nd March, Order no[protected].
They confirmed that it will get shipped and delivered in 7 to 13 days, already 10 days completed, but till date I have not received any confirmation of shipping.

From last one week, I am trying to connect with customer care no, but no one is responding. Asking for name and contact saying, we will revert you, but no response.

This is very very worst condition, even I have sent email, but no one is responding.
If they are not in position to deliver customer orders, why they are taking orders? Govt. has to take legal action against such merchant.
I want refund of all my amount.
Requesting your support for the same.
