I have ordered two products from Syber place on 25th Jan'[protected] and[protected] through credit card & net banking but still nothing is dispatched and status is not moved. Please help me to get my products shipped. Already 8 days have been passed.

My complaint has not been resolved. I don't know who has changed the status to resolved. Please help me to sort out my problem. I got a call from My shikayat website and they ask for some charges to solve the issue but issue still remains same.
