I have order a mobile phone on 16th february 2016 by paying full amount through online mode, as per timeline given it should deliver in 7-12 days but till date (18 days passed) the mobile was not received to me. I tried to reach to their customer care no[protected] they are not responding the docket no given to me is also invalid as per courier company, when i tried to escalate to their head office no[protected] this no is also not reachable and no one is available at this no.
I had mailed to mr. Urvesh goel about this fraud as being a ceo of company, but there is no response from him.

Now i am filling legal complaint against this company.Those who want to join me please call me [protected] so that no one other can be cheated and to get our refund legaly.

I tried to reach mr.Raja who is cheated he is not talking to me when he picking up my phone
