I had placed an order with order i.d.[protected] for an Apple iphone 6S 16GB Silver on[protected]. I had made an online payment of Rs.40, 999 for the same. The confirmation mail was received from Syberplace.com for the same.
On[protected] I received an email from Syberplace.com that the order will be despatched in 7-13 business days. As 18 normal days & 14 business days have been passed away But there is no progress of despatch till date.
I had called their customer care number[protected] so many times but always busy & call dropped everytime. I am sending them emails regularily but no reply till date.
They are befooling the customers & there is no option to contact them directly.
If you can provide any resolution. Please help me.
