Syberplace.com — No delivery no refund

Hi,

I placed an order for senheisser headset with order No:[protected] on 26 Jan 2016. Payment was already done.
Today, When I called up customer care, they informed that it was NOT YET SHIPPED. You promised delivery within 4 to 9 days, an did not happen even after one month. When asked the reason for not shipping my order even after one month, customer care executive hanged the phone.

So Please Refund my order by the earliest. Please reply to my mail at least.
