Syberplace.com — Refund not done since last 3 weeks | |||||
Hi, i have placed an order of i phone 5S to syberplace.com on 04/05/2016 for Rs. 19999 and as per their commitment it will take 13 business days for dispatch, but after a week i have received a mail from them that they need more time for dispatching the product, so i don't wait for that much time and i have cancelled the product on 13/05/2016 and after the cancellation they people need 13 business days to refund the money. Still today i.e. on 03/06/2016 i have not get the refund back and they people are just reverting on mail that the refund is in process commuted 01/06/2016 will be the deadline as before this date i will get my refund back.
