With reference to order no.[protected] dated 28.01.2016 amounting rs 35499.00, i had booked one no. Apple i phone 6 16 gb space grey(Bill attached ) through axis bank debit card no last 4 digit 9837 with a delivery period of 4-9 days. Please note, as it was not even dispatched till 12/02/2016 by you, due to this drastically delayed services i got cancelled the order through your customer care and they confirmed me through email about the cancellation with credit memo no.[protected] dated 12/02/16 . I was again committed by your company that refund will be initiated by 4-8 day. But, again i have not received any refund till date despite of my best follow-ups with your company at phone no[protected] and[protected]. I have always been misguided and made repeated false commitments by your co. And at last stopped to respond me on telephone by disconnecting or by not picking my telephonic calls. Your company also had assured me through various email (Attached)about the refunds but nothing is happening . Now i am not getting any communication from your end which is causing me a lot of mental harassment.
Now i am requesting you to make my refund by 10/03/2016 otherwise i am forced to take a legal action against you.
I have also lodge a complaint to nation consumer help line being no. 662906 dated 1/3/2016.
