I have ordered an iphone 5s 16gb model on 15th April 2016 for Rs18049, my order id#[protected].I have already paid the amount via online transaction. When i called at the customer care to make changes in my delivery address due to some mistake in address at the time of ordering, there is no one at the other end to pick up my phone, when i tried to contact via their email id#[protected]@syberplace.com they reverted the same email to my email id which i sent for delivery address change. I didn't got any information about my product delivery when i will to expect to receive the product. When I searched about the company online, I found the company to be fraud and so many complains are registered against this company on various websites regarding non delivery of product and they didn't even refunded the money for the cancelled product. I want to cancel my order but there is no option in the site to cancel the product nor i get in touch with the customer care . I found that i have fallen in a trap and suffered a huge loss of Rs 18049. Please take necessary action to cancel the product and help me to get my refund back.
