I have ordered iPhone 5s on last February and paid the full amount.Still I didn't get the product or the refund amount.When I contacted them through mail they didn't even respond properly and I tried calling them, no one picked the phone .I am only hearing the voice recording saying will get back to you shortly

Seriously one of the fraudulent agencies and strictly action has to be taken
