I paid the full amount for a purchase of a laptop online using my credit card 6 weeks ago and there is no news of the laptop nor refund. I have tried calling their so called 24*7 helpline but no response.

I have sent they mails but no response again. I bred help in getting my money back

You sent a cheque to me in May 2016 dated 13th Aug 2016. Then you send a mail to me on 10th Aug asking me not to present the cheque in the bank on 13th. When i ask you for the next date for depositing the cheque, you are asking my credit card details through which i paid. Why are you beating around the bush and making me run for my money. I am depositing your cheque on 24th Aug.
