Hi,
I ordered an Apple 6 16GB on 10th Feb'16 for Rs. 34499/-. But due to a long delay in dispatch of the product & poor response from customer care end, i cancelled the order on 19th Feb 16 with credit memo no.[protected]. But now its 24th Feb & customer care is not even responding to my mail as follow-up & not even attending the calls. I have been billed by Credit card company for the same amount which i needs to pay within due date else i will be charged an interest for non payment of the same. I am surely going to sue the company for such a torture if i Don't get any response as well as my refund from syberplace.
