Ordered an iphone 6s 16 gb Silver worth 40999rs from syberplace.com on 20th feb 2016 via online payment method debit card visa.I got an oder confirmation bill by email that product will be delivered to me within 7 - 13 days.After 20 days also they dint dispatched or shipped my product so i got worried.On 10th of march i mailed them for the update of my product .They dint replied.So i posted on their facebook page about my order status .They blocked me on their facebook page. Their customer care number is bisy 24*7.I have no other way bto communicate with them . So i will be filing a case against them in cybercrime mumbai division .My last request to syberplace.com is to refund my money.Thankyou Abhijeet sawant [protected] Mumbai.
