I have booked a Lenovo A7000 smart phone, through order No[protected] on 29.02.2016 by paying Rs.6999/- through net banking with Bank Code BOI. But I have not received any communication regarding phone dispatch till today.In the meanwhile I have learnt that there are many complaints against your store. Now, I am requesting you if there is any possibility, please refund my amount or otherwise, please send the phone immediately.
