I ordered a product on your website, but the product is not delivered to me in three months, then i cancelled my order and request for refund. after that you mail me that a cheque has been issued in favour of me with interest @ 12%. i received the cheque after one month of cancellation of order. the date in the cheque is 12th of june 2016. when your mail is come to me to deposite the cheque, the i deposite this cheque in my account, the cheque is cancelled by you. the bank messaged me that the cheque no 003438 for 21, 110/- deposited on my account has been returned unpaid due to payment stopped by drawer.HENCE THE PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY ME.
I AM VERY FED UP WITH YOUR SERVICE. YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IS ALWAYS BUSY OR WHEN SOMETIME ITS CONNECTED THE MEMBER OF YOUR CARE CENTRE IS PUT THE CALL ON HOLD AND NOT BACK AGAIN IN CALL. Was this information helpful? |
