This is regarding order#[protected]. I place the above order on 27th April 2016 and did the online payment of Rs.14999 from HDFC CC after that i got the confirmation email from SyberPlace that your order will be shipped in next 7 to 13 days. Now it has been more then 15 days and i did not receive my order yet and not even any mail regarding shipment of my product or any reason for delay. I called multiple time this number#[protected] as this number is mentioned in order confirmation email but it went to an IVR always and ask us to leave a message but no one get back to us.
