I have place an order (#[protected] for Micromax handset on 06.03.16 and made payment of Rs, 7187 through credit card. Order has been confirmed on 06.03.16 at 02:27 PM and I have received a confirmation mail from syberplace.com that product will be dispatch within 7-13 business days. in between the shipping time when I read the reviews of syberplace.com, I am shocked and very much scared to know that said e-com site has lot of negative comments and many customers has not received their product or refund the money back from last 3 to 4 months. Then I started mailing to customer care of said company to know that when I will get my product, but nobody has replies the mail or unable to contact over phone ([protected]/7) as same is either busy or switch off always. Another customer care number has displayed at their web site i.e. [protected], which is nothing but an auto answer machine. You can't talk directly with customer care executive, every time you have to leave a voice massage with name, concern and telephone no with this condition "they will call back to you" which is not happened at present.

Today is the 16th business days but yet product not dispatch from their end and for the same I have reached their VP's (Mamtha Reddy, Anuj Gang, Gurpreet Kaur) through mail several times but no replies came from the senior people also.

This is true that there is no way to communicate with syberplace.com as said above even social network also. When I ask to update my order status at their social network page like, Facebook, Twitter they not only sited without answering even they block me to follow them or asking further question.

In this situation I am feeling very much helpless and then I am here for justice. I will be grateful to you if you help to get my product or refund my money back.

Also requesting you to do the needful as other customer should not fall their trap in future.
