Sir,
I, k. Varghese, an indian national holding indian passport no.H1077491. At present i am working here in riyadh saudi arabia. Sir, i request your help, as one of the online shopping merchant have cheated me.
On thursday 21/04/2016, i bought one samsung galaxy j2 mobile through online (Http://www.syberplace.com/) to deliver in new delhi. After completing the order, i have transferred the full amount of rs.6983/- to their bank account. (Syberplace.com: new order #[protected] date 21.04.2016 ). All my communications did not give any positive result.
Now i feel the whole transaction was a cheating. They have not yet dispatched it. Now it is almost a month, they neither dispatched item, nor giving a confirmation about dispatch. They always give a reply as " we dispatch soon".

Their website is active and offering many products. But never dispatch the product after collecting the money. Its feel like a cheating organization.
