An order was placed with order #[protected] on 8th march 2016, and done the payment through online on 8th march 2016. It gets confirmed on the same day and status shows processing, Also a mail received from syberplace is as Dear customer, We have received your order and it has been confirmed. Your product will dispatch with in 7-13 business days. Once it is dispatched we will share the tracking details. I am daily checking for the status and it is continuously showing processing. I also sent various mails but getting no response. after various mails and follow - they sent a new mail on 7th april Dear Customer, We have missed your order fulfillment timelines, and have marked it for fulfillment. We are in the process of reassigning it to new merchant. We will inform once the shipping date is confirmed by the merchant. my question is how this kind of company is working, why govt is not taking action on these kind of problems facing by customers of this company.
