Hi,

I have ordered an iphone 5s from the ecommerce website: https://www.syberplace.com
Order number:[protected]
Mode of payment: credit card

I have also made an online payment of rs. 19, 999 on the 27th of april 2016. After this i have received acknowledgement stating the product will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Till date i have not had delivery of this product. The tracking on the website only says that order has been confirmed.

I have been trying to contact the customer care for this website but there is no answer. Please can you investigate and help me get my refund as soon as possible!!!
