Syberplace E Solutions — Product not delivered, upon cancellation the money was not refunded | |||||
I ordered a mobile online through syberplace.com on may 1st 2016. they said that the product will be delivered in 10 business days. but even after 10 business days they dint ship he product also. after repeated emails also i did not get proper response from them. so i asked them to cancel my product. then they said that they will ship it immediately. still i did not get it. then after i told that i will come and collect my money they said they have cancelled it, this happened on june 8th a month after my chase. The cancellation money will be refunded in 13 business days was their answer. but the same thing happened, even after chasing them repeatedly i still dint get my money back.
