[Resolved]  Syberplace E Solutions — Refund not received after 6 week of cancellation

I have ordered Iphone 6 64GB on[protected] from the Syberplce.com, I paid by payUmoney.com and canceled it on[protected] after I realized the product I wanted to buy iphone6s. They told me that they cancelled the order and money will be refunded within 8 working days but till date. I received an email on 4th March in that they send me details of cancelled order. I contacted with payumoney help care and they also said we will resolve issue with in 5 working days, but they did not send me any confirmation, so I wrote more then 10 emails to care team and CEO of PayUmoney, I called many times but the answer was same "allow us some more time". After a month and half I have not received the refund.
