I've Ordered ZENfone max on 5th feb 2016, i've paid full money online (Oder no.[protected]. Its been 14 days i've not received my phone. also no intimation from the company that whether it has been dispatched or not, in website when i check status, it just says order received and order confirmed. but no dispatch details.. Even customer care is always busy and after continuous;y calling for some 25 times rings goes but no body picks the phone. infect no replies in mails..

I'm worried about my hard earned money.. somebody pl help me .
