I have booked a HTC-DESIRE 728 LTE (grey) Mobile phone through order No[protected] on 14.02.2016 by paying Rs.13499/- through net banking with Bank Code HDFC. But I have not received any communication regarding phone dispatch till today(12.03.2016).In the meanwhile I have learnt that there are many complaints against your store. Now, I am requesting you if there is any possibility, please refund my amount or otherwise, please send the phone immediately.
