Dear sir, i am gaurav manjeet from delhi. i purchase two mobile from syberplace.com which is located in your city.( KTC IIIumination, #105, (SBI Retail Assets Processing Centre), The Westin Hotel Road, Madhapur, Hyderabad 500 081 TS) 4th january i place my order and i pay for my order 11878.20 rs next day. the company said that he deliver my order with in 14 days but 19th anuary they not send my ordered product then i cancel my order and submit for refund my money . as per company policy refund processing time is 7 days but when i call they cut my call and two times they said that you get your refund today but now they cut my calls when i ask for refund. company mobile no is[protected]. pls sir help me. they cheat many peoples.
