Syberplace — Online paid order not delivered and no response

Hello Consumer Complaints Team, I ordered a mobile "Infocus M370i 16gb" in www.syberplace.com online shopping website on 2nd Jan 2016, Order number:[protected]. I have paid the money Rs.5939/- by using the debit card. They mentioned that the item will be delivered within 4 to 9 business days. Today the date is 09.01.2016, almost 7 business days got over, but till now I did not get any shipment or tracking details from the SyberPlace team. After hundreds of messages and mails, On 6th Jan 2016 I received a message as "the shipment will be started within 24 hours". Now its almost 50 hours, still not getting any tracking information and not able to contact the SyberPlace team. Even, there is no way to cancel the order or to claim for refund. Can you help me in getting the product or refund amount?
