I just call them and said to cancel my order and they did. But till know they didn't refund my money.
i ordered samsung j7 on 5 may 2016. syberplace says that order will be delievered with in 7 to 13 days. today is 18 may 2016 but i did not receive my phone...so bad and fake service of syberplace..
now i want to cancel the order.

i tried many time to customer care but they not pick up phone. there are no any option for cancel the order and want to refund my money
