Hi, this is regarding complain on co. Syberplac.com online shopping site for mobiles at Hyderabad, without knowing about that company I have ordered two mobile one was cancelled order No.[protected] on dt. 8-3-2016 but till now no message about my refund as one month passed and order no.[protected]/dt.[protected] I have not received any message from them as I ordered one new mobile no message nothing i have received about order processing.
And I got feared about that company and checked that status of about company in side, i got shocked after i saw many compliant of customers that the company are totally fraud.
kindly make arrangement refund of my money and one more order for mobile as days and months has gone.As i have to repay my credit card. I tried to contat the landline number[protected]/57 many times bt the no. always seems to be busy. Kindly help me as What i have to do next to get my money back and product.

My final thing is to file a case within 2-3 days you have to answer and get my problem solved.
