Syberplace — Payment deducted but product not received | |||||
Hello, My self pratik chouhan from indore placed order phone via www.syberplace.com website on 14th Feb. I spend 45K for this phone but product not yet dispatched. I tried to make call many times on given phone number but call not yet received. I raise mail to registered email ID but not yet proper response i received. Main thing is that on website no where option available to cancel order. When i arrange to visit one person on his office so wrong docket number has given regarding shipping of product. I am mentally depressed because full amount has deduct & still none of information i received yet. Please help me to come out with this problem.
