Syberplace — Refund of my money as i did not receive my product | |||||
I ordered mobile phone YU Yunique and paid online Rs.4999 on 31/01/2016 at syberplace.com ecommerce website. Orderno[protected]. I didnot get the icorrect invoive of successful payment for product as well as didnot receive any confirming message on mobile regarding the paid order. I am unable to track the product location as it is still in processing stage but dont know where is it?The website is showing a status of shipped your product . I tried to contact the company on its contact no. [protected] but there is no response from company side i also mailed them but there is no reply. Therefore i want refund of my money from the company and get my order cancelled. I am attaching the invoice received and the mail sent to them and also mails received after payment.
