But it's not received by SCDL till now

This is for your kind concideration & favourable action that I Sanjay Singh am an active defence personnel. I took admission in your institute as student of PGDBA(HRD) July 2003 batch ( CETEGORY " ARMED FORCES ") & my Reg.No. is[protected].Now I have already completed my diploma in July 2007. But The Certificate awarded to me has following irregulerities :-

(1) Name printed on certificate is L/S SANJAY SINGH whereas it should be SANJAY SINGH (only) according to application form I filled up for admission.

(2) Specialisation subject awarded to me is MARKETING MANAGEMENT, But I applied for PGDBA( HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT) according to my application form for admission.

I'm Ankit, SCDL Student, SCDL sent my 1st Semester study material by speed post on 4 Sept '09, but on 14 Sept '09 some body from POST OFFICE came (Manoj Kumar) given me some slip (attached file) & asked to collect study material from POST OFFICE only.
According to SCDL, study material must be delivered to HOME.
As I'm working at International Airport, its not possible for me to go & collect study material from POST OFFICE.
I request you to please take a strict action against this, & try to deliver material as soon as possible.

My name is Deepti i was a student of 2002 batch with SCDL.I completed my last exam as on MAY 2007. and also got result of passing that as well.However dint received my diploma. when i contacted scdl for the same it was suggested that there are some assignments pending.
The last assignmenst were posted in June 2007 as per approved by SCDL for the same.
In the full course always assignments were sent through normal mail as per guidlines.
In 2008 when it was checked from scdl for delay in issue of diploma they came upwith excuse that assignments arenot yet submitted and if its submitted please showthe proof.
As a student of distance learning i cant show ant proof for any of the assignments submitted as it was goin through normal delivery.
Now its been almost 1.4 months this issueis still unresolved.
I asked them if they can let me know what all assignments they havnt received, so that i can re producethat but its not acceptable neither they are coming up with ant solution to this problem.
AS a student its much of HARASSMENT, morover i have spent money on this course also invested my time after spending all this im still at the position where i was in 2002 i.e just a graduate.
I hope u can understand the depression and frustration.They dont understand that its so much waste of time n energy also im not able to resume my job because of non availability of my diploma certificate.
It s really shameful for univversity that is just focusing on new students and expansion irrespective of millions o[censored]nsatisfied and suffering students.
Please help me to sort out this matter.

I am persuing PGD in FINANCE MANAGEMENT from scdl pune. i have only one paper pending from my side. i have appeared for it for 7 times. but every time it shows failure. i am sure that i have written correct answers, i want to cross check the paper. i doubt that there is problem in system. i want to recheck my papers.

Online assignment option provided by the institue is not upto mark.This has happened with me more than once that while attempting the assignment an error occurs and an error page appears claiming that you have either hit the back button, or typed wrong address or have entered wrong website address.

This has caused me the inconvenience earlier but this time my situation is critical as i have cleared all exams and assignments except one . Today when i was attempting it for the third time ( after all the hard work and long hours of studying) the same error happened and this time i didnt get the message of incomplete assignment . I get a message saying all my attempts have been consumed .

I find it seriously jeopardizing the motivation of students . I will go through the pain of filling a SRF and paying 100 Rs to get one more attempt but what is the guarantee that this error will not happen the next tim etoo.

If the site is dysfunctional on my next attempt too all my hardwork of years will go down the drain . All this because SCDL website has some errors and cant functional properly . Why should i suffer the losses due to an incompetent organisation ?

I have been working with a well known multinational bank for past 7 yaers . I had wished to get this diploma so that alongwith experience i could have diploma / cerrtification too . I am not goining to advise my juniors / colleagues for opting SCDL at all after going through sunch hard time with online assignment site . Other than that i have always been appreciative of their course material and other methodologies but online assignment site is a big turn dowm . Previously also the option of removing the list of atempted questions had caused a setback amongst the students.

My only advise to the authorities is to look into the functioning of this site and give the opportunity of completing my last atempt. I had attempted 22 questions in 16 mins of which 19 were correct . I hope this request will be serviced as a gesture of consideration of SCDL in student welfare.

I, Vikrant Chawla, registration number[protected] have incorrectly received books which are not pertaining to my course. I opted for PGDIB, however, I have been sent the books for the PGDBA course. I have called SCDL many times but have not been given a solution. Finally, someone from SCDL customer services told me to write a letter to, which I have done but I am still to receive any reply.

I have returned the incorrect books and am now very keen to receive the correct ones and thus start my studies.

Dear Concerned,
I'm a sududent enrolled with SCDL Pune pursuing Post Gradaduation Diploma in Bisuness Admin (Finance), Semester III.

Despite of the entire exam fee been paid to the institute in advance i'm unable to book my exam slots. The issue was forwarded to the concerned department for which an unsatisfactory reply was received.
