Symbiosis University — Not allowing me to complete my PG course

Hi, I took admission in PG course in which 2nd year books were not recd to me. I enquired a lot they said i have to pay again for books. But the same was already included in fees. After that due to Medical issue i could not complete the course. So now when I am trying they are just saying me no. I said then refund my money that also they are not agreeing....

Symbiosis University — entrance test centre (iitm)

Address: Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301

To symbiosis managent :-

You are allocating test centre just like iimt (Greater noida) so much interior area just to save your money.

Student can't (Specially girls) go there without parents/ guardians.

There was no arrangement for sitting of parents during test time (Waiting hall) even there was no drinking water dated 4th may. The water available was too salty. (Hard).

About 3 months ago, I applied for symbiosis by filling the registration form. As I appied for both Puna and Noida. I was charged with 3500rs but even after the amount was debited from my account, I wasn't registered myself. According to their policy, payment refunded within a month but today 3 months have been passed. They also don't attend the calls of their customers. so it is my only want to get my money back..
