[Resolved]  Syncnscan — claim

I have purchased a mobile insurance in september 2017. Now the display of my mobile phone is broken. On 3 jan 2017 i have lodged a complaint at [protected]@syncnscan.com. They asked me to raise complaint at @syncnscan.com. I did the same but till now they haven't revert me. I want my problem be acknowledged so that my problem gets resolved as soon as possible.
