Fraud company !!
I am writing this letter to bring to your notice the fraudulent practices of SYSNSCAN, about which I am a victim.

I had purchased insurance coverage for my phone from SYSNSCAN and had submitted the document required for the claim. However, my claim was rejected by citing some random reasons. On getting my phone repaired without their notice, the company refused to talk to me and take responsibility for the issue.
These discrepancies are an indication of the fraud that SYSNSCAN is perpetrating on its customers. There are many customers who have voiced a similar complaint about the company. Thus, I am writing to request you to look into this matter and take disciplinary action against the company.
I request all the consumers not to purchase insurance from SYSNSCAN. It is a fraud company and only takes money for insurance and later deny the claim. Thank you for your attention and time in this matter.

Hello My name is Suryadeep Sen. My handset name is mi 11i 5G. I previously purchased a protection plan (complete plan with theft insurance) from SyncN scan in the previous year. I want to Claim Insurance for the repair of my handset which has battery issues, fingerprint issues. But they are not cooperating with me. They said that they cannot provide me the claim but the claim entitles complete protection plan including damages! Please rectify it! Thanks. I'm also sharing some screenshots!

I purchased a mobile insurance full protection of worth 2800 from them for my Google Pixel 4a l. And within 6 months, my phone got drenched in rain and motherboard was shorted out. I called these guys and they asked me to send pictures of the phone along with some other details.

I sent them all the details. And later, they sent me an email stating that my reimbursement has been approved and I have to send them the phone.

I sent them the phone. The shipment costs 500. But after that they never picked my phone Or responded to me.

I lost my phone worth 32K plus 2800 insurance cost and 500 shipment cost and got nothing back. It was the biggest scam of my life.

Today at 8:02pm receive call from your company executive with mobile number [protected]; he is calling for mobile insurance plan and between call using foul language to me cut the call.

So, I request you please taking action against him and confirm me that you have taken action against him. Otherwise I am lodging FIR against your company and that executive. Confirmation me on mail jayvardhan.[protected]@gmail.com or mobile number [protected].

It is for your kind information that when i purchased your insurance policy your executive informed me you can avail the claim twice in a year but unfortunately my samsung a70 mobile got damage again and when i'm trying to claim again then your customer executive directly denied to process for the same as they are saying our policy get change now and you have to renew your service first to claim again.

Feedback - you guys made the totally fake promise and you have no idea how customer have to survive. This is your worst service and i have already gone through the customers review on your
Website.
It's is my request arrange the call to regarding the above issue.

Otherwise i have no other option rather than raising this concern to the consumer court.

I purchased a new apple iphone worth 1.45 lakh in bangalore as all my technical work is based on iphone devices. To ensure i did not loose my phone i purchased mobile theft/loss and damage protection from syncnscan insurance company for rs. 9999. After using the phone for more than a month i lost my mobile in a mall in bangalore while shopping. I registered a police compliant to track my phone as it had all my sensitive data in it, including test apps. The insurance company acknowledged my claim as asked me to file a police complaint. I filed a police complaint online in bangalore, but they asked me to file a manual complaint in the local police station. After 2 weeks of follow-up one fine day they came up with sub-categories of loss/theft, where in pickpocket is not covered in the insurance. These terms were never informed to me when i purchased the complaint. The mobile device is used and carried to many places, how can insurance company reject the claim when they say they insurance again loss/theft. Now, i am in such a bad situation that without phone i am neither unreachable not i can continue with my work. Request you to please assist me with this complaint and ban this insurance company in india. I do not want other indian's to be affected by these cheats. Ps: my login account for the insurance is also blocked by the company.

I have purchased a mobile from Quikr alongwith Warranty and Insurance for 6 months and 1 year respectively on 25 July, 2018. After 2 weeks the mobile screen got cracked. And within another week, the mobile stopped working completely. It was dead. I tried to call the Syncnscan Team repeatedly and even mailed them 20 times, but no one replied. Everytime I call them, it keeps saying that our executives are busy, we will get back to you shortly.

I have purchased my iphone 7 in feb, 2018 end under the protection and insurance of syncnscan and a week ago my phone screen got damaged. So from past one week i'm trying to contact them through mail as well as their contact number but neither i'm getting any reply of mail nor call back. Now i'm getting exhausted. Please help me i paid rs 2500/- for this useless insurance with no proper service.

Hi my name ravi saini i hv buy 16 april 2018 mobile insurance for my iphone x and 19 apr my phone theft i claimed and after i claim the company don't ever pik my cal and i mail them more them 100 time [protected]@syncnscan.com and [protected]@syncnscan.com they don't even reply them mail the the attitude of caller he block my no this company is fraud and they don't pay any one claim they do same thing ever customer they scam people and after u buy policy they dont pay any claim they not revert you and not refund cal u reply mail i file consumer court case them fraud case

I purchased the phone on 5th March 2017 and got my insurance with date mentioned as 24th March 2017 as the start date. Now on 15th March 2018, my phone broke and I asked them to give me a claim. At this point, they simply refused to give me a claim saying “Insurance policy has expired on 4th March (Respect to the mobile purchase date)”. Then why I was issued a policy with the date as 24th March 2017 as the start date. Why were things not initially clear? For reference, my policy certificate number is #: SI-0008107

I have purchased a mobile insurance in september 2017. Now the display of my mobile phone is broken. On 3 jan 2017 i have lodged a complaint at [protected]@syncnscan.com. They asked me to raise complaint at @syncnscan.com. I did the same but till now they haven't revert me. I want my problem be acknowledged so that my problem gets resolved as soon as possible.

Sir my apple i phone 7 is secured with sync n scan mobile insurance. When it goes damaged i asked for claim then claim department told me to submit the necessary documents. I send all the documents to them on 19 dec 17. But till now they don't give any confirmation regarding claim. They also told me that first they will approve the claim then only you give your mobile for repair to service center for claim otherwise no claim will be offered. Now after regular calling they not given any confirmation. Please help me in this regard.

I already informed him that the invoice dated is of 8jan 2017.
I paid full fee and now syncnscan app is not taking the date of my invoice.
Please take necessary action either to solve my issue and make strict arrangements for MR. Harsh (syncnscan customer executive) as he didn't provided me this information.
If possible refund my money else give me total security plan for my cellphone.
