In 2 incidents the money was debited and not transferred to the recipient from my account. It clearly shows in your account that the money was debited but not declined. My question is why should a customer wait for 5-10 working days to receive the amount. Why can't the credit be immediate? Why should the customer keep following up for his or her amount with anyone. Would you wait for a single penny short for any payments? Or would your return the money back with interest for those many days that it remains on hold. I demand and explanation as it is the customer that is being impacted. There is absolutely no empathy for the customer. You are all in service industry, where people entrust you with their hard earned money, then why this lethargic and irrational treatment to them? Upon that we get different information from different people. The branch staff says 10 working days for the return, branch manager says since this is online we have no control, call center says 5 working days, then 6the working day they say call branch manager, then the branch manager says 48 hours for complaint to be register and after that 5 working days.
