Syndicate Bank — amount has not credited on unsuccessful transaction

Hi synd team,

I have made a transaction through net banking to blisslifepeace for ordering bedsheet. I paid 323 rs on the day of 25-aug-2018. The transaction got failed however i haven't received the money back its been around 30+ days
So please refund my rs. 323/- at the earliest.
