Syndicate Bank — Denial of service

I have an account with the branch of Syn. bank at Malviyanagar, New Delhi.

I have tried to encash a Cheque from their branch at Chhawla Village, New Delhi, on 14th September. The cheque amount was more than Rs. 50, 000. The bank's branch in Chhawla refused to encash the cheque citing the reason that the limit for other branch cheque is Rs. 50, 000. Meeting the branch manager was of no help. I regularly avail such services from other banks.
