I rakesh nagpal absolute owner and resident of a3/242 2nd floor paschim vihar 110063 request you to investigate the loan disbursement in favor of mr. Dinesh nagpal business owner of rebsebdesigns c/62 sudershan park moti nagar 110015 as after returning from overseas i came to know that mr. Dinesh nagpal has taken an overdraft/loan facility from syndicate bank branch 38, dlf industrial area kirti nagar branch, new delhi 110015 by fraudulent means and hypothecating the complete collateral property i. E. A3/242 paschim vihar new delhi 110063 of which he has no ownership rights as the ownership rights of the property belongs to different persons i. E. Floor wise to different persons including me. I have already visited the branch and provided the ownership proof copies to the branch manager available on seat so it's my request to the bank to please investigate the matter thoroughly and take the appropriate action against mr.
