Syndicate Bank — Fraudulently taken money and not refunding it

Dear all
I had a pigmy account no 2003/40666 held at syndicate bank brabourne rd branch kolkata . I deposited rs 97000 but on maturity received a letter that my account balance is just rs 5000. Senior branch manager subhamoy halder phone no : [protected] /[protected].
After sending an official letter to the bank manager is not responding positively and they are just trying to escape since 1 year
Financial ombudsman complain no is [protected] done on 26/8/2016 and consumer helpline docket no is 12085

Kindly provide me my money otherwise i wont let you go
