Syndicate Bank — imps transaction timed out at beneficiary bank amount debited already | |||
I have made a transaction amount of rs.20, 000-/- by using syndicate bank mobile app around 5 o clock in morning of 2nd aug 2019. My amount is debited from my account but yet still not received to beneficiary bank i sent. I am in urgent need of that money to be transferred to that beneficiary bank. I got a message around 5:09 am 2 aug 2019 with imps trxn with ref stated is timed out at beneficiary bank status will be updated within 2 days. I contacted customer care they told me to wait around 48 hours for the amount to refund. I am in emergency situation where i need that money to be transferred to that beneficiary bank i sent. I need an immediate refund as soon as possible. So take my complaint as series note take action as possible. I need either fast refund or transfer my amount to sent beneficiary bank.
