Dear sir,
I had swiped my card at a retail store on 4th july. Despite the store not receiving any money the money was deducted from my account ([protected]). I have already gone to the bank and spoken even lodged a complaint on 9th july but nothing seems to happen. I am tired of this wait. This kind of issue is common but from my past experience it did not take so much time for the money to get refunded back. Why is it taking so much time now?? I request you to look into the matter and please refund my money as soon as possible.
