Syndicate Bank — Not permitted to go inside the bank

I have gone bank at 2:45 pm, then the gatekeeper doesn't allow me to go inside the bank ...after I went to bank in 3:00 pm then cashier told I am going to do lunch ...after 15 min I am coming ..soo what can I do now?? i am standing in que... please tell me what I do now...branch manager also don't no how to behave with customer ...I told to branch manager then he told me that what can I do ...he will go for lunch now...timing for lunch is 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm but he is going in 3:00 pm for lunch...please look over this type of misbehaving and not getting proper facilities
