Syndicate Bank — payment made by imps got deducted but not received in beneficiary account

I made a transaction of rs2000 through imps on 24th august at 10:30 pm the transaction status is failure but still the amount got debited and not recieved in beneficiary account... Revert the amount back to my bank account as soon as possible
