Syndicate Bank — Regarding money withdrawal through aeps

Sir my name is k hemadri. My syndicate bank customer id 22770362.
I withdrawal amount total 9500 in installments 5000/- 1000/- 3500/-
On date 11, 12, and 14 in march month of this year.
Amount was debited from my account, it was not credited to the remitters bank account
So he didn't have money to me.
So shall i know where the money was blocked.
Please give suggestions to how to recover. This problem was happened to many customers.
There have many doubts on aeps service.
