Syndicate Bank — transaction failed but balance reduced | |
Sir/mam, I made examination fee payment of rs.7500 on aktu sbi web portal through syndicate bank debit card. Money is deducted from bank but the status on web portal shows msg of "unsuccessful". Money is not even credited back to my bank account after payment being unsuccessful. Where the money is gone then? Kindly help me come out of this situation as soon as possible.
