On 17th March 2016 I have withdrawn Rs. 20000.00 and my balance amount was above 80000.00 Today I tried to withdraw amount and the balance was shown as 44595.00. This means some unauthorised person has withdrawn cash from my account. My debit card No. is [protected]. You are requested to immediately freeze the withdrawal of cash by this debit card. I am having Current Account in Syndicate Bank DMPS Branch in Modi Nagar District Ghaziabad in UP PIN 201201 and IFSC code of the Branch is SYNB0008899
My complaint is that none the syndicate bank ATM is opened after banking hours and on holidays and for each transaction we are charged Rs 20/-
1 Whether this is alternative mode of earning money by harassing the customers.
2 Does the Senior staff is unaware of it
3 What action Banking Staff has taken to open the 24 hours ATM, if other bankers can open 24 hours ATM why can not Syndicate bank.
4 What is RBI Policy in this regard of charging the Rs 20/- for each transaction
